These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and Ong24 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ong24.cam and all associated services, products, software, tools, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").
Ong24 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with Ong24, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum. Ong24 actively enforces age verification through KYC procedures. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where required.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Ong24 makes no representations as to the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account with Ong24. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. The Company employs technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting activity.
Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or permit any other person to use your Account, credentials, or any funds held therein. Any Account used by a person other than the registered Account holder may be suspended without notice.
You represent that you are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party in registering for or using the Services.
To create an Account, you must complete our registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at the Company's discretion at any other time, Members are required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include:
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 business hours following receipt of complete and satisfactory documentation. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed from the initial submission.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, or provision of fraudulent or inaccurate documentation, will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in permanent Account closure with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held at the time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ong24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. You agree to notify Ong24 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You warrant that all information provided to Ong24 during registration, KYC, or at any other time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all hardware, software, and internet connectivity required to access the Services. Ong24 is not responsible for any interruptions to your access caused by your equipment, internet service provider, or any factors outside our direct control.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform. You must not use the Services in connection with any fraudulent scheme, money laundering activity, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Ong24 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: FPX instant bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for standard fiat deposits and the equivalent of RM30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions may vary and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit receipt. Ong24 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion costs arising from cryptocurrency transactions.
Fiat deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are your own personal funds, derived from legitimate sources, and that you are the lawful owner and beneficiary of the payment method used. Deposits made from funds linked to criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members whose Accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. Ong24 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. This target is not a contractual guarantee and may be affected by banking schedules, technical factors, or fraud prevention reviews.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Member's deposit where reasonably practicable. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the Member's typical transaction history or where fraud risk indicators are present.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, with only the remaining real-money balance (if any) being released.
The Company reserves the right to conduct additional compliance and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such reviews, the withdrawal amount will be held and the Member will be notified of any additional documentation requirements. Reviews are typically completed within one (1) business day.
Notice: Withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposits will be subject to enhanced verification. The Company may refuse any withdrawal request it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent or irregular activity.
Ong24 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. General wagering requirements range from 3x to 35x depending on the bonus type. Members acknowledge and accept that wagering requirements constitute a condition of bonus acceptance.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to the Member's Account. Bonus Funds that remain unused after expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
Only one bonus may be applied per deposit transaction. Members may not combine multiple bonus offers on a single deposit unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
Ong24 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk combinations to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, collusion, or any other activity deemed by the Company to constitute an abuse of its promotional offering.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect bonus credits already validly claimed by Members prior to the date of any amendment, subject always to the applicable specific promotion terms.
All bets, wagers, and game participation on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
A bet or wager is not accepted until it is confirmed and a reference number has been generated and displayed to the Member. Ong24 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed under erroneous odds or market conditions, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect pricing being displayed.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment (where not subsequently replayed within the specified time frame), palpable errors in odds, duplicate bets placed due to system error, or where the Company determines that the integrity of the event or the betting market has been compromised.
All winnings calculated and credited to a Member's Account are subject to final verification. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular play, system exploitation, or any breach of these Terms.
Ong24 shall not be held responsible for any loss of bets or game rounds arising from connection interruptions caused by the Member's internet service provider, device malfunction, or any other cause outside the Platform's direct control. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game round and the game state cannot be recovered, the Company's determination of the applicable outcome shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
Ong24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account (including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the Member's request and no breach exists, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member following successful KYC verification, less any applicable transaction fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ong24 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Ong24 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Ong24's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using the Services, you accept full responsibility for all wagers and game decisions made through your Account. Losses incurred through normal use of the Services are not recoverable from Ong24.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Ong24 or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the Platform's content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
The Ong24 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Member and Ong24, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as selected by the Company at its discretion.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction.
Ong24 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
